– Consults with customers to understand their needs.
– Demonstrates and explains products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
– Answers customer’s questions about our product, installation, and maintenance
– Meet sales goals and objectives as assigned by the Leadership team.
– Develop and execute daily action plans.
– Follow up on sales activity to ensure customer satisfaction and client relationship development.
– Maintain knowledge about all current products and services. Research local competitor’s products and cost points.
– Track and maintain all leads and accounts in CRM staying current on status.
– Follow up on leads, contacts, referrals, and established accounts with frequency.
– Perform outgoing lead generation calls on a regular basis and track through CRM.
– Participate in marketing events i.e. trade shows, fairs and in-store events
– Identify and acquire new business through networking, social media, and cold calling.
– Act as a liaison between sales, marketing and logistics while maintaining direct contact and a strong relationship with Sales Support
– Provide creative solutions for business growth and opportunity, influence new product development required by market.
– Prepare offers, presentations and sales documentation.
– Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Leadership team.
– Ability to receive and accept coaching and development.
