– Manage the process of transport logistics via various modes (Air/Sea/Inland).
– Manage shipping documents and logistics documentation cycle.
– Manage Internal Logistics and distribution to Foreign Customers.
– Manage Logistical costs, performance, and risk according certain KPIs.
– Manage techniques and procedures including consulting with different departments to determine policies and system functional specifications.
– Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
– Evaluate performance and select freight forwarders.
