– Prepares employment contracts, ensuring that all necessary details and legal — requirements are included, and ensures that contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate parties.
– Administrate contract renewal process and probation period.
– Creates and maintains comprehensive employee files.
– Update HRIS with employee data.
– Administrates attendance system and monitor absence, sick leaves, business mission and lateness and prepare and submit needed reports.
– Liaises with the Social Insurance, Labor Office, or any relevant governmental entity, visiting and submitting necessary documentation.
– Handles the administration of employee benefits including medical insurance. provide guidance to employees on their eligibility, rights, claims, and prepare monthly addition and deletion sheets.
– Collect benefits offer (medical insurance, life insurance, products and services discount rates).
– Assist in monthly payroll.
