Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Purpose:

Ensure the organization achieves value for money from its purchasing activities and to ensure savings are generated as per the KPI’s set as it’s a major contributor in the Group’s Bottom line.

Job Duties:

– Manage the procurement activity with the company for Direct / Indirect purchases, not limited to all third-party activities including production line, infrastructure, and services.
– Prepare the Annual purchase plan based on BOM quantities and company material activity plan.
– Full vendor management includes the payment terms and contractual agreement.
– Prepare the Procurement KPI and dashboard.
– Vendor risk management.
– Cost saving mindset.

Job Requirements:

– BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
– +3 Years of experience

Field Of Experience:
– In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
– Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
– Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
– CIPS is an added value.
– Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
– Exceptional Talent in negotiations and networking
– High Integrity & Excellent customer service skills
– Superb communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
– Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadline
