Supply Planner

– Run the MRP based on the planning horizon, raising the PRs & follow-up on the planning cycle.
– Create the master production schedule based on the calculated capacity.
– Release the daily production plan for manufacturing & monitor the materials consumption.
– Handle the NPIs & samples plans with the stakeholders.
– Monitor the stock level of Materials, FGs & Samples to optimize inventory level considering safety stock.
– Issue all MRP reports regularly showing the status of the material supply flow, releasing shortage & DOS Reports.
– Produce reports based on findings and performance of production.
– Keep the creation and effective execution of material supply plan to increase inventory turnover and reduce stock out costs monthly over month.
– Achieve the daily, monthly and yearly production plan.
– Manage deadlines based on project expectations.
– Work with the stakeholder on the supply chain excellence projects & improvements plan.
